Overview
Experience the raw and pure beauty of the Great White Continent on an 11-day expedition to the Antarctic Peninsula.

Why February?
January & February is the best time in the season to see penguins, seals and whales! Wildlife is wild for a reason so there are no guarantees but from past experience we see penguin babies with their parents, whales EVERYWHERE and Seals are plentiful. I like to call it “whale soup” as its the best time of year for whale watching in this part of the world.
Why Polar Latitudes & Ocean Albatros?
This will be my 4th time traveling to Antarctica, the Ocean Albatros is one of the newest expedition ships in the region. From comfortable accommodations on board, no lack of food (you literally will never go hungry), In fact in 2023 when I first sailed to Antarctica I saw the ship type I said “one day Ill be back and sail on this ship”.
What Room Type SHOULD I book?
I personally think having a balcony is an EPIC way to do Antarctica as most people only experience this trip once in their life time. Watching whales and wildlife from your balcony while sipping a coffee is magical. There honestly isnt a bad room on board either.
During this magical time, landscapes are at their most pristine as the thawing of sea ice draws you into an unspoiled polar wilderness. Icebergs are at their greatest mass, penguins are busy courting, nest building, having babies & squabbling over pebbles.
Everyday on board the ship is different once we’re in Antarctica from land excursions to zodiac cruises, we have an expert expedition leader & team on board along with a very experienced captain navigating the Antarctica waters and picking the best sites available to us for the most wildlife possible.
