You’ll also have the chance to explore the rainforests and waterfalls of the region and relax on sandy beaches. At the end of each day, return to your comfortable accommodations for a hot shower. Welcome to Australia! Today is all about arrival and easing into the adventure. After checking into the hotel, you’re free to explore Sydney at your own pace, whether that means stretching your legs around Circular Quay, grabbing a coffee near the harbor, or heading to Bondi Beach if you arrive early and want to see the coastline right away. In the evening around 7pm approximately, we’ll come together for a welcome dinner to enjoy our first night in the Emerald city. The perfect start to our Australian adventure.

This morning we dive straight into Sydney’s highlights. We’ll visit the Sydney Opera House, wander through The Rocks, and hop on a ferry for a scenic ride across Sydney Harbour, giving you postcard views from the water. After soaking up the city, we’ll head to the airport for our evening flight north to Brisbane. Tonight, we settle into Queensland’s capital ready for wildlife encounters tomorrow.

Today is all about iconic Australian wildlife! We’ll visit a local koala and kangaroo sanctuary where you’ll have the chance to get up close with Australia’s most famous animals, wander freely among kangaroos, and snap photos you’ll never forget. The late afternoon is relaxed with time to explore Brisbane’s riverfront, South Bank, or grab a drink along the water. A laid-back day with plenty of unforgettable moments.

After breakfast, we head to the airport for our flight north to the iconic Whitsundays! Once we arrive in Airlie Beach, we’ll check into our hotel and enjoy a free afternoon to explore this fun coastal town. Swim in the lagoon, wander the shops, or relax with a drink as the sun sets over the marina. Tomorrow is a bucket-list beach day, so tonight is all about soaking in the tropical vibe.
Optional: For those that are interested in adding more adventure, you can add a jet ski tour through the island chains that is fun and scenic all at the same time.

Today we explore one of Australia’s most famous natural wonders. We’ll cruise through the Whitsunday Islands, stopping at the breathtaking Whitehaven Beach, known for its pure white silica sand and unreal blue water. There’s time to swim, relax on the beach, and snorkel among tropical fish. Expect jaw-dropping scenery all day long before returning to Airlie Beach in the afternoon.

After breakfast, we’ll say goodbye to the beautiful Whitsundays and head to the airport for our flight north to tropical Queensland. By midday, we’ll arrive in Cairns, the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef and lush rainforests. The afternoon is free to explore the Esplanade, relax by the lagoon, or grab a drink and ease into the tropical pace. An early night is recommended with big adventures ahead.

Today we experience one of the most famous natural wonders on Earth! We’ll head out on a Great Barrier Reef cruise, spending the day snorkeling over vibrant coral gardens and swimming alongside tropical marine life. This is a true bucket-list experience and one of the highlights of the entire trip. After a full day on the water, we return to Cairns for a relaxed evening.
Optional: If you are scuba certified today is a great day to go scuba diving too! The boat offers upgrades for those that want to dive and we can add to your booking it prior to the trip.

After breakfast, we head inland to explore the lush landscapes of the Atherton Tablelands. Today is packed with waterfalls, rainforest scenery, and unique natural stops including a volcanic crater lake and the iconic Curtain Fig Tree. Expect plenty of chances to swim, explore, and take in tropical Australia at its wildest.

Today is an epic adventure day. In the morning, those who wish can take part in an optional scenic helicopter flight over the Great Barrier Reef, offering breathtaking aerial views of coral reefs, islands, and the tropical coastline.
Afterward, we shift gears for an adrenaline-filled afternoon with white water rafting through the Barron Gorge, navigating rainforest-lined rapids in one of Queensland’s most dramatic landscapes. We return to Cairns in the late afternoon for a relaxed evening.

Today we explore the ancient Daintree National Park, one of the oldest rainforests on Earth. We’ll cruise along the Daintree River searching for crocodiles and wildlife, enjoy lunch deep in the rainforest, and walk through lush jungle landscapes with a local guide. The day continues to Cape Tribulation, where the rainforest meets the reef, before returning to Cairns in the evening. An incredible final full day immersed in nature.
Tonight we’ll get together for a farewell dinner in Cairns to cheers to a fun trip up Australias coastline.

After breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye to Australia.
Shared airport transfers are arranged for departures today, with Cairns Airport just a short drive away. We recommend booking a late-morning or afternoon flight to ensure a smooth and stress-free departure. If the flights from CNS to your home are too expensive you can easily take a domestic flight from CNS to Sydney and then book roundtrip from Sydney. We recommend at least a 5 hour window between the domestic flight and your international flight to give yourself time for any delays.

Yes we require travel insurance for all of our trips! Its highly recommended when you travel outside the USA incase anything goes wrong from missing luggage to any medical issues that may arise.
The minimum age is 18. The majority of the girls on the group trips are in their 20s & 30s. The biggest thing is mentality, being willing to be around girls of all ages, and willing to participate in all the activities.
The majority of my community is in their 20s and 30s, there isn’t a “too old” age but 25-35 is typical. That doesn’t mean that being 39 or 43 should stop you from joining us. As long as you’re open minded and meet the physical requirements to enjoy this trip, down to have A LOT of fun, and understand these are very active trips then you’re good!
A good level of fitness is very essential to this trip – most people will be perfectly fine! We’ll be on the go pretty much everyday. Snorkeling and trekking around different beaches & landscapes.
The Optional Helicopter Ride over the Great Barrier Reef has a max weight limit of 110KG.

Once the trip is confirmed with 8 spots booked, the 25% deposit is non-refundable. Additional payments over the 25% are refundable until we are 60 days out from the trip.
At the 60 day mark all payments are due and the trip is 100% non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your spot prior to 60 days before the trip starts, there is a $100 cancelation fee and the remainder can be used on a future Adventuring for Life trip.
Travel Insurance is required for this trip – which will help with any cancellations that may occur.

No International flights are not included. People come from everywhere for this trip so we are unable to include international flights. Please read the itinerary carefully and book yourself onto flights that arrive and depart on appropriate dates from the right airport!
The internal domestic flights are included.
No! Anyone from anywhere can come on a trip, we’ve had girls from England, Germany, Canada and more! You could be the first girl from your country to come with us, we would love that.
