We’re about to have such a blast in Portugal & Spain you might end up wanting to come back again! From Barcelona to Seville then down to the coast in Lagos – then up to the hilly Lisbon. This itinerary lets you see two countries at once! From the iconic sites in Barcelona & Lisbon to some relaxation and beach time in Lagos!

You’ve made it to Barcelona! Prepare for a fantastic week exploring the sights, food, and beaches of Spain and Portugal.
Arrive by 2 p.m. to join an afternoon walking food tour. After everyone settles into the hotel, we’ll gather for a welcome dinner to kick off the week. Tonight, you may choose to experience an optional Flamenco show.

Put on your best walking shoes because this morning we’re off on a fun action packed guided tour of the famous La Sagrada Familia & Park Guell!
Afterwards we’ll go sit and have a proper lunch with lots of tapas to share! Another opportunity to try all the things!
You’re free to go explore on your own go do some shopping. From the gothic quarter to old town – you could book yourself an afternoon tour or just go off and take photos and do a self tour.
Tonight we’ll fly to our next destination – Seville!

Welcome to Seville Spain!
Today we’ll go off and explore Seville – from Cathedral de Seville to Royal Alcazar (where they filmed game of thrones) – we’ll go see it all! We’ll visit the funky Mushrooms of Seville and of course stop for Gelato along the way.
Lunch & Dinner are at your own leisure & After a fun day of explore Seville Spain we’ll go catch a Flamenco show!
Afterwards if you’re looking for some fun nightlife we can go check out alameda de Hercules, Santa Cruz, or el Arenal areas.

Pack your bags after breakfast this morning then go have a free day in Seville!
There are so many options, you could go on another food tour or create your own by hopping between bars and restaurants. If you havent seen Plaza de Espana, Climb the La Giralda bell tower or see Plaza de toros – those are all great stops! We can plan something in our group chat as well!
Tonight we’ll leave from the hotel and head to Lagos.

Its Boat Day! We’re taking a cruise down the coast today. Get ready to see some AMAZING sights and breathtaking landscape as we cruise down the coastline today from Lagos to the iconic Ponta da Piedade and everything in between. We’ll be able to swim, tan, relax dance and enjoy a full day at sea from our boat!
On the boat, there will be a few snacks and a bit of wine available, but we recommend you grab a big breakfast in the morning, and pack yourself a picnic lunch for the boat!

Welcome to Lagos!
After several days of go go go today is yours to slow down and relax at the beach or keep exploring. The group chat is a great place to discuss what everyone wants to do today. From some amazing beaches to boat tours, kayaking through caves, swimming or boating through the Benagli sea caves and more! Public transportation & Uber are both available to get you around The Algarve so there’s no shortage of things to do today!
Tonight we will head back to the hotel and say good bye to Lagos and head up the coast to our last stop – Lisbon Portugal!

Lets go on a Tuk Tuk Tour through Lisbon! From the Lisbon Cathedral to Miradouro das Portas do Sol, the best view in all of Lisbon the Miradouro da Senhora do Monte and so so so much more! This half day tour will leave you feeling like you live in Lisbon and know it like the back of your hand!
Lunch is at your own leisure & The afternoon is yours to do as you please! going wine tasting in Lisbon, or maybe even a sunset wine tour on the water!
Tonight we’ll have one more fun group dinner to toast to a fun week in Portugal & Spain!

Its not goodbye – just cya later! After a super fun week everyone departs today for the Lisbon airport (LIS). There will be 3 group/shared transfers to the airport today between 9am and 4pm.
Optional: Add 1 more day in Lisbon and enjoy a half day tour of the local beautiful area of Sintra!

Each trip is different, at least 2 dinners, 1 Lunch plus breakfast every day is included. but it varies trip to trip. Dietary & allergy information will also be collected leading up to the trip to ensure you’re taken care of.
The deposit is $500 for this trip. The first 25% is refundable until your spot is confirmed at which time it becomes non-refundable. Your spot is confirmed after the first 8 bookings are made. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the trip. We set up a payment plan to make the trip easy to pay off over time but full payment isnt due until 60 days prior to the trip. If you book within 59 days from trip start, the full amount will be due at booking.
Once the trip is confirmed with 8 spots booked, the 25% deposit is non-refundable. Additional payments over the 25% are refundable until we are 60 days out from the trip.
At the 60 day mark all payments are due and the trip is 100% non-refundable.
If you need to cancel your spot prior to 60 days before the trip starts, there is a $100 cancelation fee and the remainder can be used on a future Adventuring for Life trip.
If you cancel 1-59 days prior to the trip, it is 100% non-refundable.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended, especially for ALL International Trips, to protect you in case you do have to cancel at any point.

Surprisingly you might not be solo! If you wait to book your flight until we make a group chat then you might be able to find others that are going to be on the same international flight as you into the Zurich airport. Its not guaranteed but when you have 8-20 people flying into the same airport at the same approximate time theres always a really good chance you can link up with someone before the final stop.
This trip is being hosted by Camre – shes been on countless trips with us starting back in 2022 from Costa Rica to French Polynesia and more. This will be the 3rd trip she hosts with Adventuring for life! Shes exactly who you’d want hosting a trip to Spain and Portugal – fun and organized and very open to all sorts of adventures!
Rachel will still be involved in all the planning of the trip, and available whenever Camre needs her, so please do not worry!
