ADVENTURING FOR LIFE

Co-Ed Sail Croatia Trip - 8 Days

DUBROVNIK  MLJET KORČULA – VIS – HVAR – BRAC – MAKARSKA – SPLIT

Dates: 28th of June – 5th of July, 2025

We’re heading back to Croatia in 2025, and we’re doing a Co-Ed Trip this week!

What makes this a luxury trip compared to the other boats in Croatia? First off – the Air Conditioning in the cabins is amazing, perfect for a warm summer week sailing on the Sea. Check out the Overview & Inclusions below for all the other details! You’ll see there are a lot more small things that are included to make you more comfortable on the ship. Plus its a bigger ship which means you’ll feel the waves less (if there are even any!)

We have an ENTIRE boat to ourselves. Not only do we get the boat but it comes with a crew and a captain and there’s so much included! Since we’re on board the boat everyday – we get 2 meals almost everyday too! Everyday we’re docking somewhere new. Plan to bring lots of bathing suits because the clear blue water swimming spots are endless!

Picture this: Waking up everyday in a new port, swimming almost everyday in the Sea and not having to move your luggage just to see everything Croatia has to offer since WE get to stop and explore a bunch of different parts of Croatia!

  • 24-34 Spots
  • Double Occupancy rooms with 2 beds
  • Fly in to Dubrovnik Airport (DBV) on June 28th, 2024
  • Fly Out Of Split International Airport (SPU) on July 5th, 2024
  • 8 Days/7 nights
  • Single Occupancy Cabins Available but extremely limited

The first 14 to sign up save $100 on this trip!

Note: Be sure to Pick your cabin type when checking out! The pricing includes the standard below deck cabin, above deck cabins are slightly more expensive. The first people to sign up are given the choice of cabin.  There are a limited number of each cabin type. If either cabin type fills up you will be automatically assigned one or the other cabin type. If you are signing up with a roommate be sure to both pick the same cabin type. If you don’t pick the same cabin type as your roommate then we can not guarantee what deck you’ll be on.

Note #2: Pricing for 2025 activities has not been set yet. The optional activities listed here can easily be booked through the boat once we get closer to our sailing dates. There are LOTS of other activities in each port, these are just activities suggested by Rachel from previous trips + options the sailing company offers too.

Payment plans available! Pay only $500 to secure your spot then pay however you’d like until 60 days prior to the trip. Full balance isn’t due until 60 days before we sail!

Dates don’t work for you? Check out the other trips here!

*Locations depend on weather and docking situations.

What is the cancellation policy?

The minimum number of people for this trip is 14. Once we reach 8, the $500 deposit is no longer refundable as I book our hotels, activities, etc. at that point. If we don’t reach the minimum number of people, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your trip more than 60 days prior to the trip your deposit is non-refundable but can be used for future Adventuring for Life trips minus a $100 cancellation fee. Anything over the $500 will be refunded automatically.

The trip credit must be used within 12 months of cancellation. (Ie you cancel on February 1st 2025, you can use the credit to book any trip by February 1st, 2026, the trip can be happening AFTER February 1st, 2026)

The trip is 100% non-refundable 60 days prior to the trip.

The only way to get any money back within 60 days of a trip is if you are able to find a replacement. Rachel can definitely help try to fill the spot but there are zero guarantees we’re able to find a replacement. This is why we recommend travel insurance – incase something happens causing you to be unable to join us!
Rachel highly recommends checking out Travel Insurance quotes as they can be pretty reasonable and assist in these situations.

Are flights included?

No flights are not included. People come from everywhere for this trip so I’m unable to include international flights.

Should I buy Travel Insurance?

Yes Travel Insurance is required for this trip. There are many options for this including through Travel Credit Cards you may already own or you could buy a yearly policy if you’re an avid traveler. Rachel suggests checking out Travel Guard by AIG and World Nomads as they have been very easy to work with in the past.

What is the average age range?

The average age on most trips is 22-35 but don’t let that discourage you from signing up. “39” doesn’t mean you’re too old to enjoy a trip. What I like to tell everyone before signing up is to make sure they’re ok with possibly traveling with people that are 21, that they may be the only “person their age” but also if you’re down to have fun and you do believe that age is just a number. You’re the perfect time of person for these trips. My trips are pretty high energy, pretty fast paced and fun – lots of fun. I just tell everyone to have an open mind and come to have a blast. We aren’t sitting down and relaxing by the pool for 7 days, we’re seeing the world!

What is the roommate policy on this trip

We have 16 cabins with 2 twin beds in each cabin (excluding solo rooms). If you don’t sign up with a roommate then one will be assigned – of the same gender. As this is a co-ed trip we will not be placing men and women in the same cabins unless specifically requested prior to the trip. Prior to the trip I send out a roommate survey asking basic questions and try to match people the best I can. The goal is to put you with a like minded roommate that’s going to make your trip even better. Surprisingly enough, some of my roommate matches have ended up traveling with each other outside these trips, which I think is pretty cool.

What is the food situation?

Half board is included everyday. Most days are Breakfast & lunch – 1 day is breakfast & dinner. All types of allergies and food preferences can be cooked for. Vegetarian, Vegan, Pesc, Gluten Free, etc. Breakfast is a typical buffet style with hot and cold options. Lunch is a 3 course meal with a soup/salad starter, a main course and a desert. If you have specific things you cant/dont eat this can be accounted for before we arrive.

Trip Facts

  • The minimum is 14 but the goal is to fill all 34 spots on the boat.
  • This trip is a pick your own adventure type of trip - you could lounge on the boat everyday or go on walking tours in every town if you want! You should also be okay with swimming as we're on a boat the entire trip.
  • Other then night 1, we are on a boat - 17 cabins with 2 beds in each cabin plus a few solo cabins
