Island Hopping in Greece - 7 Days

You’ve made it, welcome to Athens, Greece! Rachel will meet you at the Athens airport and there will be two transfers from the airport to the hotel in Athens.

After getting settled into your room feel free to explore on your own until a big welcome dinner to celebrate the start of an amazing week in Greece with your new group Travel friends!

Overnight in Athens
Arrival: Fly into Athens International Airport (ATH), two airport transfer provided between 8am and 5pm.

Today is the day we get to explore all of Ancient Athens! From the Parthenon to Acropolis to Ancient Agora – we’re seeing it all!

We’re getting up enjoying a nice breakfast at the hotel then going to Acropolis to see the Parthenon and Ancient Agora. After exploring we’re going for Lunch in Plaka, one of the most amazing parts of Athens.

In the afternoon were going on a Walking Tour of Athens with a local guide with lots of photo op spots for the ‘gram! After we’re doing getting to know the city from the perspective of a local explore for the rest of the day by yourself, be sure to enjoy an evening view of acropolis from the hotel. Don’t forget to grab a souvenir or two because we’re off the next day to Santorini!

We’re getting up early, eating a quick breakfast then hopping on our first ferry and headed to Mykonos!

We’re renting scooters today! **

Go explore on your own or join Rachel on a trip to iconic spots like the Windmills, Paraportiani Orthodox Church,
Beaches & through the Streets of Little Venice.

Check in and relax at the hotel then enjoy some delicious food for dinner at your own leisure. The nightlife in Mykonos is one of the most iconic parts so we can go party the night away at one or more clubs. However late you stay out make sure to grab a gyro from one of the 24/7 late night spots nearby.

Its your last full day in Mykonos so take it to explore for yourself after Breakfast.

You can take a day trip to explore Delos island, rent a lounge chair at a beach club at Paradise beach or go shopping & walking through the streets of Mykonos town. There are lots of options for any type of energy level you might have.

Join Rachel for a cocktail for a stunning sunset view and the perfect end to a day in Mykonos then grab dinner at your own leisure. The rest of the night is yours to party away!

We’re off to our 3rd destination! Breakfast at the hotel then we’re taking a Ferry from Mykonos to Santorini.

After checking into the hotel take the afternoon to explore the streets of Fira & Oia and take all the photos to your hearts content. We’re meeting up for dinner as a group for one of the most iconic sunsets in Greece. Sunset dinner in Oia!

After dinner go out and enjoy the night or stay in and get some sleep since tomorrow is a very full day.

Overnight in Santorini

Includes: Breakfast, Sunset dinner in OIA, Ferry from Santorini from Mykonos

Wake up early, its the last full day in Santorini! Enjoy breakfast at hotel then we’re headed on the infamous Caldera Hike from Fira to Oia!

Eat Lunch on your own in Oia then go explore on your own OR

Optional: Come on an amazing Sunset cruise that visits Red Beach and the Santorini Volcano and passes by White each and the Lighthouse in Akrotiri! It also includes Snorkeling, Dinner and Open bar!

If you aren’t too tired lets finish the week off strong and go out somewhere fun to dance the night away.

Includes: Caldera Hike, Breakfast

Today is either your last day of the trip or your or your first day on another Island.

If its your last day then after breakfast you’ll take an airport transfer from the hotel to the Mykonos Airport, fly into Athens and then catch your flight home.

Make sure your flight home is after 3PM to give yourself enough time to check in any bags at the airport.

Includes: Breakfast, Shuttle to airport, flight from Santorini to Athens OR Ferry from Santorini to Crete

Optional: Staying the extra 3 days in Crete? We will spend one last afternoon in Santorini soaking up as much of the island as we can then take an afternoon ferry from Santorini to Crete and grab a rental car then drive to Chaina. Once we’re checked into our hotel grab dinner at your own leisure then get a good nights sleep. We’re going to see as much as we can of the island over the next 2 days in our rental car!

Lets grab breakfast then spend the day exploring all the famous Crete beaches! From Seitan Kataramea to Falasarna & Balos Beach were going to try and see as much as possible! We’ll find some delicious food for Lunch during the day then have dinner back in Chania at your leisure.

Good morning and welcome to the last full day in Crete!

Today is a free day to do whatever you want. Join Rachel on a trip out to Elafonsi with a stop at a winery or if you wish to explore on your own there are lots of things to see within Chania. You could take a full day wine tour or day trip to Samaria or Imbros Gorge for a hike.

Overnight in Chania, Crete

Last day of the trip and its time to have breakfast and say your goodbyes! Its been an amazing time Island hopping through the Greek islands in the Mediterranean sea. We’ll be headed back to the airport today to take a flight back to Athens and then from there you’ll catch your plane home. Be sure not to book your flight home until after 4:00 PM to give yourself enough time to check in at the airport.
