What is the Cancellation Policy?

The minimum number of girls for this trip is 8. Once we reach 8, the 25% deposit is no longer refundable as I book our hotels, activities, etc. at that point. If we don’t reach the minimum number of people, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your trip more than 60 days prior to the trip your 25% deposit is non-refundable but can be used for future Adventuring for Life trips minus a $100 cancellation fee. Anything over the 25% will be refunded automatically.

The trip credit must be used within 12 months of cancellation.

The trip is 100% non-refundable 60 days prior to the trip.

The only way to get any money back within 60 days of a trip is if you are able to find a replacement. Rachel can definitely help try to fill the spot but there are zero guarantees we’re able to find a replacement. This is why we recommend travel insurance – incase something happens causing you to be unable to join us!
Rachel highly recommends checking out Travel Insurance quotes as they can be pretty reasonable and assist in these situations.

Are flights included? Why not?

No, international flights are not included. People who come on these trips are coming from all over the world, whether its the US or Europe. I can’t possibly include flight pricing that covers every person nor do I want to limit it to “only from this specific city at this time”.

Im worried about flying solo, what can I do?

Suprisingly you might not be solo! If you wait to book your flight until we make a group chat then you might be able to find others that are going to be on the same international flight as you into the Dublin airport. Its not guaranteed but when you have 8-20 people flying into the same airport at the same approximate time theres always a really good chance you can link up with someone before the final stop. Also I will have shirts created for the first day so its easy to spot everyone in the airport and you dont accidentally walk off with the wrong group of people. If you need help booking your flight, always just ask, I’m happy to help!

Do I need to be vaccinated?

As of January 1st 2023 Adventuring for Life is no longer checking for vaccination cards.

Do I need a covid test to come home?

The USA and Canada no longer require Covid testing to re-enter from traveling internationally.

Can I choose my roommate?

Yes! If you have a friend booking with you then just let me know and I’ll be sure to put you together. I send out a roommate survey to match people up for everyone else coming solo.

Do most people book with someone else?

Actually no! The majority of girls coming on these trips are solo. I occasionally get 2 friends together but its not the norm so don’t be worried about coming solo!

Who is hosting & guiding this trip?

Lex is hosting this trip! We will have a local tour company driving and guiding through the week after departing Dublin. Lex is the queen of all things social media, and will help you get the best shots of every place you visit! Rachel is still 100% involved in all logistics.

What airport transfers do you provide?

Transfers will be arranged between 9am and 4pm on the first official day of the trip. There will be several group transfers, arranged using your provided flight times.

We will be unable to arrange private transfers, or transfers on alternate days.

Things to Know

  • We will have a driver to drive us through all of Ireland & large coach.
  • Minimum 8 girls, maximum 20.
  • 3 & 4 Star hotels, double occupancy. Limited Single Rooms Available
  • You'll want to be in good physical condition. This is a busy itinerary and you should be able to walk at least 12k steps every day in order to see all the things planned. Most activities are what I'd consider an "Easy" level, some of it might be moderate walking up hills.
