The minimum number of spots is 8 for this trip. Before we have 8 spots reserved your 25% is refundable.
Once we have 8 spots reserved your 25% is non-refundable, because the trip is happening and I put deposits down at that point. After the initial 25%, the additional 75% is refundable until we’re inside 60 days from the trip start date. If the trip is full and you decide you can no longer come I will attempt to fill your spot. If I find someone to fill your spot then your entitled to a full refund minus any credit card fee’s. Finding a replacement is never guaranteed but I will do my best.
No, international flights are not included. People who come on these trips are coming from all over the world, whether its the US or Europe. I can’t possibly include flight pricing that covers every person nor do I want to limit it to “only from this specific city at this time”.
Suprisingly you might not be solo! If you wait to book your flight until we make a group chat then you might be able to find others that are going to be on the same international flight as you into the Dublin airport. Its not guaranteed but when you have 8-20 people flying into the same airport at the same approximate time theres always a really good chance you can link up with someone before the final stop. Also I will have shirts created for the first day so its easy to spot everyone in the airport and you dont accidentally walk off with the wrong group of people. If you need help booking your flight, always just ask, I’m happy to help!
98% of the people that travel with me are vaccinated. There are several activities on our itinerary that require proof of vaccination or recovery from a recent infection. A negative covid test is NOT accepted to enter these establishments meaning you’d miss out on group activities.
In todays world of travel I DO NOT recommend booking a trip to Europe without your vaccination, even if its technically allowed right now. The rules are constantly changing, every countries requirements are different. If Ireland changes their rules 1 week before the trip and only allows vaccinated travelers to enter then you are out of luck and a lot of money since there’s nothing I can do about it at that point. I don’t advise taking the risk.
As of posting this trip Irelands current rules are vaccination or a negative covid test within 72 hours of your flight. Again – everything is fluid and changing and I have zero control over the future if you decide to book and aren’t vaccinated.
Yes, if you’re flying back to the USA. The cost of the covid test is not included but there are several places in Dublin that we can take a test prior to leaving. For example Rapid covid tests at the Dublin airport are currently 49 euros and take 1 hour to get results. There are also options to bring your own self test with you to, certain ones are accepted to gain entry back into US. We can discuss this further as we get closer.
Yes! If you have a friend booking with you then just let me know and I’ll be sure to put you together. I send out a roommate survey to match people up for everyone else coming solo.
Actually no! The majority of girls coming on these trips are solo. I occasionally get 2 friends together but its not the norm so don’t be worried about coming solo!
